Hi, I'm Lila (Lee-la) Nagy!
I'm a second year Communication Design major and Fine Arts minor at the University of Cincinnati's College of Design, Architecture, Art, and Planning (DAAP). Currently based in Cincinnati, Ohio, but born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and raised in Cleveland, Ohio, I come from a multicultural and adventurous family.
Growing up my parents always encouraged me to make art and travel, and to this day those are two things that create my identity. I first gained interest in the design world through my passion for music and creating graphic imagery for my dad's album covers. I have always enjoyed fine arts but started taking my doodles from my brain and housing them into sketchbooks since the pandemic. From music to books to movies to fashion to photography, I'm inspired by the avant-garde and the uniqueness in the world that brings us together through bold expression and community.
My most personal work is rooted in play, nature, and a deep craving to understand the role we have in this world. I'm always looking for new perspectives and opportunities, so feel free to reach out, I'd love to work with you!
